The Heart of the Ministry
I’m Anna Mills Polatty Cox, and my life’s mission is to bring glory to Jesus Christ and make His name known. I am committed to using every talent, story, and song the Lord has entrusted to me to point others toward His grace. At Amplified Communications, we believe that when we decrease ourselves, we create the space for His glory to resonate most loudly. I help others communicate with a confidence that is found solely in their identity in Christ, ensuring that every gift is poured out for His Kingdom.
A Life Tuned to His Grace
Born two months premature in 1992, I was given a fatal prognosis due to an undeveloped dividing wall in my brain, but God had a plan that surpassed medical understanding. At one-year-old, a specialist held up my X-rays and declared, “Her dividing wall is right there!” I know I am a miracle and that God has a purpose for my life. My deepest desire is to be a faithful steward of the gifts He restored to me. As Erma Bombeck beautifully said:
"When I stand before God at the end of my life, I would hope that I would not have a single bit of talent left, and could say, 'I used everything You gave me.'"
This is the heart of my ministry: to pour out every bit of the voice, the talent, and the story He has given me until only His glory remains.
Equipped for His Services
I believe that serving the Lord with our talents requires a commitment to excellence. To that end, I have dedicated years to refining the gifts God restored to me, ensuring that I bring a high standard of professional skill to every ministry engagement. I hold a Master of Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina, where I also earned a Minor in Music with Performance Honors. These academic foundations, combined with my certification as a Corporate Etiquette Consultant, allow me to bridge the gap between professional expertise and spiritual passion. Whether I am utilizing my communications background to help a ministry speak with clarity, or drawing on my musical honors to lead a congregation in worship, my goal remains the same: to use every resource I have been given to communicate the Gospel with confidence and grace.

Speaking: The Ministry of Christian Hospitality
Drawing from my background as a certified etiquette consultant, I speak to women’s groups about the spiritual discipline of hospitality. This goes beyond surface-level manners to focus on the biblical call to make every individual feel truly seen, valued, and ministered to as we reflect the heart of Christ.
